My Journey

Graduated from Colegio Lux Mundi (Granada) with a 12.9 Selectividad score, driven by a deep ambition for mathematics, physics, and technical drawing.

Enrolled at the UGR, motivated by technology and gaming. My uncle, a professor at the Telecommunications school, confirmed its high prestige.

The start was tough due to my lack of experience with Linux and programming, which forced me to quickly adapt and self-learn.

Things improved in my third year as subjects aligned with my interests. I completed a Udemy PHP course to apply web programming concepts.

A friend and I pitched a product to UGR Emprendedores. They demanded a finished sales pipeline when we only sought development support. An AI professor also ignored us, leading us to shelf the project.

Eager for new experiences, I chose Rome for my exchange year. Although my graduation thesis couldn't be validated abroad, forcing an extra year, it was my first time living alone.

My academic year at Università Roma Tre started with great motivation. The Cybersecurity course stood out, granting us lifetime access to SecureFlag to practice security challenges.

Built a 2D action-strategy game in Unity (C#) as a class project in Rome, focusing on design patterns and clean architecture.

Living in Rome marked a turning point. I grew immensely, meeting friends from all over Spain and the world. I traveled constantly, exploring countries from Norway to Turkey, widening my adaptability.

During a trip to Prague, I conceptualized 'Agrolegal' to automate the new SIEX agricultural journal requirements. Getting my new Mac greatly boosted my programming workflow.

Spent two months building the MVP. Discovered the name 'Agrolegal' was already taken, leading to the name CampoSync. Learnt not to buy domains in a rush.

Utilized my Big Data course assignment to build advanced features into CampoSync, including TF-IDF search, BM25, pgvector, and N+1 query optimization.

Faced strict government regulations and legal hurdles when attempting to launch my agricultural SaaS commercially. A tough but vital lesson.

Overcame my skepticism towards AI, adopting it to scale my productivity 100x. I contacted a nurse friend in Granada to begin designing TriajIA.

Designed a big data flight metrics analyzer to process massive amounts of flight data efficiently. Built and optimized during university coursework.

In SIW at Roma Tre, I decided to build and deploy two distinct web applications simultaneously, challenging my limits in project and time management.

A tournament manager web app. Even though it is simple conceptually, I polished it to show that passion makes simple ideas incredible.

A web application built to showcase my mother's paintings. It includes dynamic filters and catalogs, with no checkout process as she requested.

Wanted to build a complete dashboard to track my expenses, tasks, and notes. Set detailed wireframes to code it slowly and get it right this time.

Integrated Supabase for database management and user authentication, aiming to access my Organizator dashboard securely from any location.

Researched virtual private servers to deploy my apps, seeking higher academic grades at Roma Tre while building my own live cloud lab.

Acquired a VPS, configured Docker, Caddy, and Fail2ban. Applied to a highly selective Google-funded Cyber Bootcamp in Malaga.

Migrated database and auth off Supabase to a native PostgreSQL server hosted on my Hetzner VPS. Rewrote API endpoints and setup Docker containers.

Configured production deploys for Football Manager and Bramasole on my VPS, integrating HTTPS certificates and subdomains via Caddy server.

Realizing the effort needed to deploy apps manually led to 'Vessel', a custom micro PaaS designed to handle git deployments on my VPS effortlessly.

Proposed my graduation thesis to Angel Ruiz Zafra, a professor researching HealthTech. He responded very positively to my TriajIA project.

On July 1st, 2026, I completed my academic and personal exchange in Rome. I returned to Granada rich with international experience, live deployed projects, and lifelong friendships.

Traveled to Malaga for the intensive, Google-funded Cyber Bootcamp. It was a remarkable experience training with top professionals, especially professor Eduardo Sánchez, whose passion and post-class discussions left us in awe and deep admiration.

Google and the organization offered an outstanding networking experience, hosting dinners and cocktails on the terrace with great food. Deeply grateful for this opportunity to connect with other professionals.

Personally organized a visit to the Google Safety Engineering Center (GSEC) in Málaga. We had the privilege to tour the facility and chat with Bernardo Quintero, founder of VirusTotal, about history, trends, and the future of cybersecurity.

Targeting a November extraordinary thesis defense, completing my final courses, and finishing internships during the semester to graduate in January.
